The Ludobard

In 2013, 2Minds (https://2minds.artstation.com/) brought a project called Arena2Minds which people sent their crazy characters ideas and stories to a Facebook group and the 2Minds members, Luiza McAllister and Thiago Lehmann made an illustrations of the best (and craziest) characters for the Arena2Minds tournament.

In it's 2nd edition, there was 'characters' outside of the tournament itself. One of them was The Ludobard, which is based in Arthur Protasio, a narrative designer who was the duels narrator in the tournament.

I'm a fan of the work of them, both Arthur and 2minds, and i wanted to make this character, which is somehow a 'double fanart'.

This project also was the very first time i used Substance Painter, because i was dropping out Mudbox.
